By purchasing any product, booking any service, or contacting Laxmi Narayan Traders through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, website, or in-person), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all customers across Patna and Bihar. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a purchase or service booking.

Laxmi Narayan Traders provides the following services:

• Supply and installation of CCTV cameras (HD, Full HD, IP)
• DVR and NVR setup with hard disk and mobile viewing configuration
• Intercom and video door phone installation
• Biometric attendance machine supply and setup
• Networking, LAN cabling and Wi-Fi configuration
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and on-call repair

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in cases where site conditions are unsafe or technically infeasible.

All prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation only. Final pricing depends on site inspection, product availability, and actual scope of work.

• Quotations are free and carry no obligation
• Prices may vary based on number of cameras, cable length and installation complexity
• Payment is accepted in cash or UPI at the time of installation completion
• A partial advance may be required for large orders before work begins
• All prices include GST where applicable

Our team will carry out professional installation as agreed during the site visit. The following conditions apply:

• The customer must ensure access to all required areas of the property on the scheduled day
• Electricity and a stable power supply must be available at the site
• Any changes to the agreed scope after installation begins may result in additional charges
• Wall drilling, cable routing and mounting are included in the standard installation charge
• We are not responsible for damage to existing walls, false ceilings or concealed wiring unless notified in advance
• After installation, a full demo of live viewing on mobile will be provided

All products sold by Laxmi Narayan Traders are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors of Hikvision, CP Plus and Dahua.

• Product warranty is as per the manufacturer's terms (typically 1–3 years depending on brand and model)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not physical damage, power surge damage or misuse
• Warranty claims must be supported by the original purchase bill
• Labour charges for warranty replacement visits may apply
• Warranty is void if the product is tampered with or repaired by an unauthorised person

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for CCTV systems installed by us. AMC terms are agreed separately in writing at the time of signing.

• AMC covers scheduled visits and basic repairs as specified in the contract
• Replacement of parts damaged due to theft, fire or electrical surge is not covered under AMC
• AMC is non-transferable to a different address or property
• AMC payments are non-refundable once the contract period has started

We want every customer to be satisfied. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Order cancellation before installation begins — full advance refund within 3–5 working days
• Cancellation after installation has started — advance is non-refundable; charges for work done will apply
• Products that have been opened, installed or used cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect
• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used by the customer
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of service completion

Laxmi Narayan Traders shall not be held liable for:

• Loss, theft or damage that occurs despite a CCTV system being installed
• System downtime due to power cuts, internet failure or customer-side issues
• Data loss from hard disks due to power failure or hardware faults
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use or non-use of our products or services

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us (name, phone number, address) is used only to process your order, contact you regarding your installation or support, and send important service updates if required.

We do not sell, share or misuse your personal information. We do not store payment details. For any privacy concerns, contact us directly.
